L'action de Grâce est une célébration des moissons. Traditionellement, c'est un moment de remerciement pour la récolte et un moment de gratitude en général. Bon ca, c'est la définition de Wikipedia.
Pour nous, à la Ferme, ca veut dire que nous récoltons encore des pommes et des citrouilles et que nous sommes ouvert ce lundi. Même si il risque de ne pas faire très beau en fin de semaine, sachez que nous serons ouvert quand même et que les fours seront pleins en esperant pouvoir offrir à chacun et chacune leurs desserts favoris.

Two years ago, at this time , I came back from Africa. A small 3 week trip, nothing major. WOW, what a shock. The worst is when I came back, a lady in our orchard wanted a refund for 2 bags of apples because the apples were too small.
For us at the farm, Thanksgiving means we are still harvesting and baking. Lots. Apples, pies, pumpkins, muffins, halloween decorations too. Basically, some of us at Quinn's will be working 18 hour days, or feeding there baby as they welcome you.
So dont be shy to ''express gratitude in general'' at Quinn's Farm this weekend and I am sure you shall harvest beautiful smiles and hear lots of ''thank you see you again''.
